Why life, success and everything else’s is based on energy
After asking questions to everyone I meet my life time – I understand that everything in life is based on energy. With everything I mean life, success and basically everything.
Don’t get me wrong, it is not about a mystery, it’s only what it is.
The reason why legendary genius’ meet at a cafe in Florence with Leonardo da Vinci is not because they liked to go to that cafe, its simply that they shared the same energy.
A collective energy that some call collective mind or thinking.
I call it energy because that is what makes us connect to this power of creation.
Some will argue with me saying this is not science, well, there is a lot science can not prove.
Yet, If science could prove that I am right, then will copyrights, patents etc legally not work, because the genius Leonardo did not create his own work, he only connected himself to a collective energy. In my belief Homo Sapiens as individuals are capable of creating 10% of what Leonardo created in half his lifetime.
Six questions to Terence Dudley / Music Producer:
How does this collective energy work?
It is how talent finds talent. The energy makes talent attract each other as a magnetic attraction of energy. If you have the right mindset you can connect to this energy, but you need to be humble enough to be a part of this power of life and success.
Would Michael Jackson be successful if he was a new artist today?
Yes I believe Michael Jackson would succeed as a new artist today, because of his drive and his commitment to excellence.
Talent just gets your foot in the door in any business.
From what we’ve learned of his work ethic, his studying the greats, his non-stop eagerness to improve, these things separated him from the pack and kept him on top
Legendary Quincy Jones – How did he spot talent? And what is his magic?
I deduce Quincy’s “eye for talent” comes from him playing with so many greats artists in his childhood.
Many successful people in any industry were mentored by someone successful. Magic begets magic I guess. Success leaves clues.
Why do some at the top, share their knowledge and energy, with some new artists, and not others?
I will only speak for myself. I share what I’ve learned with anyone who cares to listen. Yet if an artist comes to me, and they talk to me like they have all the answers, I shut up.
As for me, I never want to be the smartest person in the room. So i surround myself with intelligent and energetic people, in order that I may listen and learn as well!
Looking back at your 30 year career, what are the 3 most important factors which influence you work with new talent?
New artists have great energy and a hunger for success, which I feed off of. Oftentimes they are willing to try new concepts, new combinations, and new ideas.
Its also motivating when they are appreciative of your time and efforts.
Is talent the Number 1 factor in becoming a success in the music industry?
From my experience, I say again, talent just gets your foot in the door, yet that doesn’t guarantee you success.
There are incredibly talented people playing in bars, or on the street, with no music industry deals.
Its all about the song …and the stars being aligned!
A great image and magnetic energy doesn’t hurt, yet a great song helps in launching someone to superstardom!!
